The recipient will automatically be notified of their delivery through Email and text message (or other Instant Messaging systems), with all relevant details of the package.

Because employees are notified automatically, the burden on receptionists (or mailroom staff) is removed to try to contact and follow up with employees. Once the employee collects their package, the receptionist can simply select the package on the system and mark it as “collected”.
Real-Time Insights and Controls
Admins can search and filter deliveries and can also add, edit or delete a delivery. Any additional comments can also be added which would then also notify the recipient automatically.
